This month, Applied Training Solutions, LLC is proud to shine the spotlight on Sean M. Gailey, our Senior Business Development and Capture Manager. Sean plays an important role in helping ATS grow by leading efforts to identify new opportunities, building client relationships, and crafting strategic proposals that secure valuable contracts.
Sean brings an impressive 32-year career in the U.S. Army, where he served in various leadership roles in operational and strategic missions. His military experience, including deployments and joint force operations, has equipped him with a deep understanding of complex missions, which he applies to his work at ATS.
“My biggest accomplishment while working for ATS has been becoming a value-added teammate who enhances collaboration and contributes significantly to our collective success,” Sean shared.
When Sean isn’t working on capturing new business for ATS, he enjoys staying active outdoors through sports and biking. He’s also an avid reader of non-fiction and biographies, which he states offers fresh perspectives and insights. Sean also enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters who he states serve as a constant source of inspiration and strength.
“Whether it’s staying physically active or exploring new ideas, I always look for ways to keep my mind engaged and refreshed,” he said.
His colleagues might be surprised to learn that, despite his demanding military career and professional commitments, he has always prioritized his family.
