Applied Training Solutions (ATS) is pleased to announce that it was recently selected to assist in supporting GridEx VIII. GridEx is a biennial grid security exercise hosted by the Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC) to provide E-ISAC member and partner organizations the opportunity to practice response and recovery from coordinated cyber and physical security threats and incidents. GridEx is designed for electricity asset owners and operators, critical infrastructure partners, emergency management agencies, State/provincial/local/tribal governments, law enforcement agencies, and others.

In coordination with the E-ISAC and Hagerty Consulting, ATS will be providing media emulation Modeling & Simulation (M&S) software and associated support for GridEx VIII. Specifically, the E-ISAC will use ATSsim Media, an information and media training platform, to provide a robust information environment for participating organizations. ATSsim Media will do so by replicating traditional print and broadcast outlets, as well as popular social media platforms to mimic public sentiment, social media trends, and viral content.

ATS is actively engaged with the Department of Defense to provide innovative and cost-effective training solutions to ensure combat readiness in support of current and future operations. ATS also supports federal, state and local agencies to deliver disaster-preparedness exercise solutions that provide the experience to protect communities.
