At ATS, we are continually researching and developing innovative applications of generative AI in our software products. Our solutions engineers are exploring cutting-edge techniques to enhance user experiences, streamline processes, and create intelligent, adaptive solutions. By integrating generative AI, we aim to push the boundaries of what’s possible, delivering software that not only meets but anticipates the evolving needs of our clients. 

One example is that we are using generative AI in our ATSsim Media software through the development of an AI Assistant.  ATSsim Media is our web-based social media and information emulation training platform.  The training platform was designed to assist organizations training to deal with crisis communication, public affairs and disaster/emergency management response.  The AI Assistant was built to assist exercise designers create content for both social media and legacy media.  The human-in-the-loop solution enables those exercise designers to work with the AI Assistant until the message they are trying to portray meets their expectations.  

Our AI Assistant can generate posts for simulated social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook. It can assist exercise designers by helping write engaging posts that capture the attention of your audience in relation to the exercise.  In addition to social media, our AI Assistant can help you create legacy media posts (e.g., newspaper articles, website posts, and news events).   

Our goal is to provide an AI Assistant to make content creation easier and faster, allowing our exercise designers to focus on other important aspects of the exercise.
