ATS is pleased to announce its contract award Training Support Systems Enterprise (TSS-E) Mission Support Services III for the Restricted Lot. The TSS-E is a system of systems that provides networked, integrated, and interoperable training support capabilities through five (5) core tasking areas for active duty, reserve and national guard soldiers, units, commands and installations located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). With its seat on the IDIQ, ATS will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the awarded TSS-E Mission Support Services task orders.

Specifically, through TSS-E Task Orders, ATS will provide support to Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), the U.S. Army installations, the U.S. Army Commands (ACOMs), the U.S. Army National Training Center (NTC), the U.S. Army Training Support Center (ATSC), the U.S. Army Environmental Command (AEC), the U.S. Army National Simulation Center (NSC), the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and U.S. Combined Arms Center (CAC), U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC), and the U.S. Army National Guard (ARNG) for the Sustainable Range Program (SRP) and Mission Complex/LVC-IA Support.

As part of the IDIQ award, ATS was also awarded an initial Task Order for the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security (DPTMS) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) providing Ammunition Technician/Instructor Support for
determination, forecasting, managing authorizations and usages, and providing technical expertise, training and the installation point of contact for the Department of the Army’s Automated Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS). Additionally, ATS will be responsible for the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Ammunition Handler Certification Course, (AHCC), coordination through ITB for all classes and periodic update of all instructional material for the AHCC, and the maintenance of a local database of all Ammunition Handler Certification classes which serves as a system of record for all personnel that have completed the AHCC.
